As we were so happy with that result, we contacted them again when we wanted curtains and pelmets for our lounge/ dining room. Bev gave us some great suggestions and we also visited the showroom to clarify some of our questions and look at different fabrics. Peter did a fantastic job with the installation. He takes great pride in his work.

We had an issue with the fabric performance quality of our 18-month-old curtains for four sets of windows at our residence. Bev had no hesitation in evoking the Timms motto “Your Satisfaction Guaranteed” and promptly replaced all the curtains with a different fabric choice BEFORE taking on the protracted battle with the supplier of the faulty fabric.
